xbagee Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "xbagee", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the xbagee platform accessible at xbagee.biz and all associated services, products, and features.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the xbagee platform.
• "Account" — the personal account opened by a Player on xbagee for the purpose of accessing gaming and betting services.
• "Platform" — the xbagee website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated software or interfaces through which gaming services are delivered.
• "Balance" — the total of funds deposited by the Player, plus any credited bonus amounts, minus withdrawals and wagers settled against the Player.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive made available to a Player by xbagee under specific promotional terms.
• "Wager" — any bet placed by a Player on a casino game, sports event, or other gaming activity available on the xbagee platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which xbagee accounts are denominated.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required by xbagee before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all platform operations and timestamps.

Access to and use of the xbagee platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on xbagee. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. xbagee strictly prohibits access by minors and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using xbagee. xbagee does not accept liability for any Player who uses the platform in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.
• Single Account: Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on xbagee. Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Own Identity: You must register and play using your own true identity. Registering on behalf of another person, using fictitious names, or providing false personal information is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Mental Capacity: You confirm that you are acting of your own free will and are not acting under duress, coercion, or impairment that would affect your capacity to enter into this agreement.

To access the full range of xbagee's betting and casino services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbagee login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. xbagee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Account Security: You must notify xbagee support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. xbagee accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• KYC Verification: xbagee reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — at any stage of the account lifecycle, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests above ৳5,000. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by xbagee may result in account suspension or withdrawal delay.
• Account Closure by Player: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting xbagee support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5.

xbagee supports a range of deposit methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Supported Methods: Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of available methods is displayed in the xbagee cashier at the time of deposit.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by xbagee, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Processing Times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's xbagee balance within sixty seconds of a confirmed payment. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to five minutes to reflect in the account balance.
• No Fees: xbagee does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service fees; xbagee accepts no responsibility for any charges levied by third-party payment providers.
• Own Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your xbagee account are your own and are not derived from any criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering. xbagee reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to freeze or close accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of financial misconduct.
• Currency: All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on xbagee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied within the platform.

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their xbagee account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is ৳500.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. xbagee reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative method in cases where the original payment channel is unavailable.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one to three business hours during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). In cases where KYC verification is pending or additional review is required, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• Wagering Requirements: Where a bonus has been credited to a Player's account, the Player must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements (as specified in the relevant bonus terms) before the bonus-derived portion of the balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Verification Prior to Withdrawal: xbagee reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC identity verification. This is a one-time process for most players and is designed to protect against fraudulent activity and ensure the integrity of xbagee's payment operations.
• Right to Refuse: xbagee reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, xbagee will notify the Player and may request supporting documentation.

xbagee offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who hold a fully registered and verified xbagee account and who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the promotion. xbagee reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonus amounts must be wagered the stated number of times on eligible games within the validity period.
• Validity Period: Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's balance automatically. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in bonus cancellation.
• Abuse Prevention: xbagee reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using collusion, or employing betting strategies designed specifically to exploit bonus terms rather than to engage in genuine gaming activity.
• Changes to Promotions: xbagee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the change, provided the Player has not yet begun wagering activity on the relevant bonus.

All betting and gaming activity on xbagee is governed by the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the platform.

• Final Decision: The outcome of all bets and casino game rounds is determined by the certified random number generators or live event results as applicable. xbagee's records of all game outcomes and bet settlements are the definitive record. In the event of a dispute, the xbagee system log constitutes the authoritative record.
• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until xbagee has issued a bet confirmation reference. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation being issued, the bet will be treated as void and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance.
• Palpable Errors: xbagee reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds or with game parameters that were clearly published in error (a "palpable error"). In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's balance. xbagee will notify affected Players of any such void settlement.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on xbagee. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by product, game, and Player account status.
• Cricket and Sports Betting: All cricket and sports betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are subject to the specific sports betting rules published within the xbagee Cricket section. Markets may be suspended, voided, or settled early in accordance with those rules.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are provided by third-party certified studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are those of the relevant provider and are displayed within the game interface. xbagee is not responsible for decisions made by the game provider within their own game rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbagee platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Opening more than one registered account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other Players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or interface bugs to gain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported immediately and are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in money laundering, using xbagee to process funds derived from illegal activity, or structuring deposits and withdrawals to conceal the origin of funds.
• Using another person's payment method, account credentials, or identity on the xbagee platform without that person's express consent and in breach of applicable law.
• Any conduct designed to harass, threaten, or abuse xbagee staff, support agents, or other Players.

xbagee employs industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect the security of Player data and funds. All data transmitted between the Player's device and the xbagee platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

Personal data collected by xbagee during registration and account operation is processed in accordance with xbagee's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. Players should read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how their data is collected, stored, and used.

xbagee will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent. Data may be shared with payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) solely to the extent necessary to complete transactions, and with fraud prevention and identity verification services where required.

xbagee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider relating to funds previously deposited.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Player under xbagee's Responsible Gaming programme.
• An instruction from a competent legal authority requiring account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, xbagee reserves the right to withhold the account balance. In all other circumstances, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted through wagering) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbagee's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including for any losses, damages, or claims (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise), shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by the Player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbagee shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or data loss, arising from use of or inability to use the xbagee platform.

xbagee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or widespread internet outages) may result in temporary service unavailability, for which xbagee accepts no liability.

xbagee is not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of third-party game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi). Any dispute regarding the rules or outcome of a game provided by a third-party studio should be directed to that provider in the first instance.

xbagee is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all of its products and services. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity; xbagee provides a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming behaviour.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session.

Your continued use of the xbagee platform following the publication of an amended version of these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with xbagee's support team should be submitted in writing to xbagee via the contact details set out in Section 15.

xbagee will endeavour to resolve all Player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, xbagee operates a formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the xbagee support team upon request.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
